News for US backers - shipping will begin at the end of this week!

We know that our US backers have been waiting for news of Red Alert shipping out…
The game has been with our US fulfilment centre waiting for its slot for despatch, and we’ve now heard that your games should start shipping at the end of this week! This means that US backers should start receiving their rather large space-related packages next week!
Thanks for your patience over the past few days.
Red Alert...has LANDED! In the UK

We are very excited here at the PSC Games HQ!
Early this morning Red Alert Landed in the UK...was a beautiful sight to turn up to. I took a few pictures on my way in this morning, we will be sorting through the boxes and will be dispatched to you all as soon as possible.

Canadian Backers

The ship has docked in North America and Red Alert will be making their way up to our Canadian Hub, where distribution will take place.
Don't be alarmed if USA receive theirs first. The ship is yet to dock in the UK...you could even receive Red Alert before the UK. We haven't forgotten about you.
Shipping Update

Red Alert is due to dock in the UK on the 18th March...it normally takes about a week to clear customs, then will be making it's way to us at PSC Headquarters.
USA will also arrive at the same time...taking 2-3 weeks to clear customs and then onto our fulfillment hub in Florida.
Good News for our Australian and New Zealand Pledgers...Red Alert has landed at our Australian Hub and they will start fulfilling pledges in Australia and New Zealand within the week.
We cannot wait to see you all receiving your games and hope you look just as happy as Richard Borg seeing his masterpiece for the first time.

Things are moving forward! If you need to update your shipping address, now is the time to do so via BackerKit.
We’re about to organize our list of shipping addresses, which means that you will no longer be able to change your address once we’ve done this. If you’ve moved since completing the BackerKit survey, or are going to be moving in March, please update your address in BackerKit right now. If there is any special instruction that our courier will need to deliver to you (for example, a security access code), please be sure this is included. Please remember that your parcel may require a signature for delivery, so use an address that allows for this. If a parcel is returned to us because the courier could not deliver it or because your address was incorrect, you will need to pay another shipping charge to have your game redelivered.
Finally, a handful of backers have not yet filled out their BackerKit surveys – we need you to do this so that we can send you your order!!! We’ve contacted you personally to let you know that we need your shipping details.
